What payment methods does Hydrogen accept?

We accept the following forms of payment for online transactions: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and Paypal.

How can I view my invoice number?

A copy of your invoice will be sent to you via email. If you have not received a confirmation e-mail please contact us.

When will my order ship?

All orders collected before the cut-off time of 2 pm will be shipped the same day.

Can I cancel an order?

To Cancel an order, you must fill out the contact form before it is shipped out. Please use the heading “Order Cancelation” and include your order number and reason for cancelation.

Do I need to keep my order number?

You must keep your order number should there be a need to contact our Customer Care. The order number is listed in the e-mail message that summarizes your purchase and indicates the date and time of order.

Registered customers can always find their order history into “My profile” section.

What countries does Lux Sportswear serve?

We never say no to a true Hydrogen fan! We proudly partner with Canada Post to accept orders from pretty much anywhere in the world. For a detailed list of all the countries please visit

Is my Credit Card data protected?

Lux Sportswear does not store or handle Credit Card data in any way. All data is passed directly to our most trusted payment gateway.

Can I pick up into a store the goods I purchased online?

Lux Sportswear is exclusively an eCommerce store, we do not perform retail sales at our warehouse location, all transactions are handled over the internet.

Do I have to pay import duties or taxes?

The apparel is shipped out of Ontario, Canada. If your shipping address is in Canada, only your local GST/HST tax will apply. If your shipping address is outside of Canada, you, the importer of record, will be responsible for all levies, duties, import fees, taxes and other charges that may be applied to your order. We strongly suggest that you consult with your local government to determine the extent of such charges. All transactions are done in Canadian Dollars (CAD). We are not responsible for any exchange rate differences or rates that may be applied by your bank.

What is the procedure for returns and exchanges?

Items purchased online may be returned or exchanges for a full refund within 15 days of invoice date. If you wish to exchange an item for any reason you must first contact customer service to obtain an exchange authorization number.

Authorized exchanges for Canadian and US orders are free, for any other orders the cost of shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Upon receiving the exchange authorization number, you will also receive a shipping label.

Items returned for exchange must comply with the following conditions:

Item must be returned in the condition it was received, with tags and labels still attached.

Item must be unwashed, unworn and unused.

Item must be returned in the original delivery box, if possible.

Once your package is returned to our warehouse, the refund will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days. In the event that the item does not meet all of the above conditions Lux Sportswear may refuse to exchange the product and send it back at the customer’s shipping expense.

Are there any exceptions to the returns and exchanges?

All “Final Sale” items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
